APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

You must be 18 or over to get tattooed.

Valid government-issued photo I.D. is mandatory – no exceptions.

We will not quote prices for tattoos through email or over the phone.  

$200 is the shop minimum for tattoos (No matter how small the tattoo is).

Please bring valid, government-issued photo I.D. 

If you live outside the New York area and would like to make an appointment, please send us an email at pyramidink315@gmail.com with the following information:​

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Dates you will be in NYC

  • Where you want the tattoo

  • What size you want the tattoo

  • A description (as specific as possible) of what you want to get

  • Any photos you would like us to use as reference for your tattoo​

We will respond with a date and time, at which point you will need to pay a $100 deposit (We will advise you regarding how to forward payment to us to secure your appointment).

 

We respond to all messages, though it may take us a few days. We appreciate your patience.​

DEPOSIT POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.

​We require a $100 deposit to hold your tattoo appointment and get the sketch ready for the day of the tattoo.

The deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards the final price of the tattoo.​

​GRACE PERIOD:

 

There is a 15 minute grace period. 

After 15 minutes $50 will be forfeited from your deposit.

After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited in full.

After which you will need to re-book and a new deposit of $100 will be required to move forward with booking a new appointment. 

​CANCELLATION:

 

Appointments must be cancelled/ rescheduled 48 Hours prior to the scheduled appointment for the deposit to be credited towards the final price of the tattoo. 

 

THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IN FULL IN CASE OF NO CALL/NO SHOW. 

 

All clients who have three (3) no show appointments and/or cancellations will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments with Pyramid Ink Tattoo.

Do I need to make and Appointment?

Due to Covid-19 precautions we are working by appointments only and no longer accepting walk-ins.

How do I make an Appointment?

You can schedule appointments by filling out the contact form on our contact page which can be found above or by emailing us at pyramidink315@gmail.com or texting us at (347) 433-3595. You must be 18 or over to get tattooed. 

Is your shop licensed?

Shops are not licensed in the state of New York, but individual artists are. Our artists are licensed by the New York State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

What should I do before getting tattooed?

Please be sure to bring valid government-issued photo I.D. with you. Employees of Pyramid Ink will not perform any service without valid proof of age.  Make sure to eat shortly before getting tattooed. Getting tattooed requires energy which is developed through food consumption. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing that will easily allow the artist to access the area to be tattooed.

Can I bring my child with me? 

Children cannot be left unattended while the parent or guardian is being serviced. Therefore, children are not allowed in the shop.

How much do tattoos cost?

Tattoo prices are based on the size, complexity and physical placement of the design. It is best to set up a consultation with your artist to best determine the price range for your tattoo.  We cannot price tattoos over the phone and it can be difficult to have the conversation via email although exceptions will be made for patrons visiting from out of state. 

What should I bring to my appointment? 

  • Reference material 

  • Valid, government-issued photo I.D. (Examples: Passport, Driver’s License)

  • $100 deposit to hold your tattoo appointment. This is non-refundable and goes towards the final cost of your tattoo.

Can I get tattooed if i'm pregnant?

NO, there is a slight risk, and its better to be safe than sorry.

Can a tattoo be covered up or removed?

Yes, we can cover a tattoo. A cover up will be larger than the existing tattoo; your options will be limited. Working with a tattoo artist will help you figure out how to cover up the tattoo, so be flexible with your ideas. A specialist at a laser removal facility can remove tattoos. We do not offer tattoo removal at our shop.
