DEPOSIT POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: No appointment is confirmed without a $200 non-refundable deposit. This deposit holds your date, covers custom sketch preparation, and will be credited toward the final price of your tattoo.

Expiration & Rescheduling Limits
​​​

3-Month Limit: Deposits expire 3 months from the payment date or 3 months from your last session. All rescheduled dates must fall within this window.

Rescheduling Cap: Rescheduling your appointment 3 or more times results in deposit forfeiture, regardless of notice.

48-Hour Notice: You must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to keep your deposit credit.

Grace Period & Late Fees

We offer a 30-minute grace period. Fees are deducted from your deposit as follows:

15–29 Minutes Late: $50 forfeiture.

30 Minutes Late: The appointment is cancelled and $100 of your deposit is forfeited.

To Re-book: You must pay $100 to bring your deposit back to the required $200 total before a new date is set.

Cancellations & No-Shows​

No-Call/No-Show: Your deposit is forfeited in full.

Blacklist Policy: Clients with three (3) no-shows or back-to-back cancellations will no longer be permitted to book with Pyramid Ink Tattoo.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

Do I need to make an appointment?
We operate by appointment only to ensure a focused, professional environment. We do not accept walk-ins.

How do I make an appointment?
Fill out the contact form on our website, email us at pyramidink315@gmail.com, or text us at (347) 433-3595. You must be 18+ to get tattooed. Appointments are only added to our calendar once the deposit invoice is paid in full.

Is your shop licensed? In New York, individual artists are licensed. Our artists are licensed by the New York State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
What should I do before getting tattooed?

Skin Prep: Moisturize the area daily for 3–5 days leading up to your session. Healthy skin takes ink much better. Do not apply lotion on the actual day of your appointment, as it interferes with the stencil.

Eat: Have a full meal shortly before your session to keep your energy up.

Dress Comfortably: Wear clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.

Bring ID: We cannot perform any service without a valid government-issued photo I.D.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Valid Photo I.D. (Passport, Driver’s License, etc.).

A Face Mask: Masks are strictly required for the duration of your session.

Payment for the Session: Please be prepared to pay the remaining balance for the day.

How do deposits work?
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required via invoice to secure your appointment. This covers your custom artwork and is credited toward the price of your tattoo. For large-scale, multi-session tattoos, the deposit is applied to the final appointment date of the project.

Can I bring my child with me?
No. Children are not permitted in the shop as they cannot be left unattended while a parent or guardian is being serviced.

How much do tattoos cost? Pricing is based on size, complexity, and placement. We recommend a consultation for an accurate quote. We generally do not provide pricing over the phone or email.

Can I get tattooed if I’m pregnant?
No. For safety reasons, we do not tattoo anyone who is pregnant.
​
Can a tattoo be covered up or removed?
Yes, we specialize in cover-ups! A cover-up will be larger than the original piece, and design options may be limited. We do not offer laser removal.
